    Great to see you working so hard on the diet part of this game. Gym time is easy but without the diet few really achieve their goals. Keep at it.

    I haven't been working out the past 2 or 3 weeks not even going to lie, tons of stuff going on, moving traveling and a funeral. I have been doing little mini sets of pushups and different arms and shoulder workouts with some dumbbells i got though. Hoping to get back on track with the gym monday.

    Im really lazy lately lol

    Good to see you. You crack me up, you're the only one who puts up the food you ate with no w/o post. Guess you want us to get on you about it? You can get away with it when you're young, now get your butt in the gym. lol

    Also I've been eating pretty shitty lately lol god damnit i can never eat healthy longer then a few days. I just enjoy food to much.

    Hey sorry I haven't been updating. Been very busy lately with the move and getting the house setup and doing a ton of everything else. I stopped running the DNP in order to save what i had left, I'm not currently running anything and I didn't want to keep running dnp without any test.
    Im hoping to start my cycle in roughly a week and at that point I may start running it again. No negative side effects from it, i was surprised from all the negative comments about it on the internet.

    had a sandwich earlier with turkey cheese, mustard and some mayo.

    packing up my moving truck tonight, ordered a pizza mainly for my friends helping. Had a few pieces but suprisinly did not enjoy it. I don't even want to look at the rest of it lol.

    day 2 of 250mg DNP.
    felt a little sick earlier this morning about an hour after taking it but still had not eaten yet. after eating and getting some water i felt better. I actually feel like i have a little more energy not sure if its related. other then that i have a reddish flush look to me and I'm hotter but its not unbearable at all.

    had chicken and mashed potatoes and corn earlier.

    had tilapia, rice and salad for dinner. Im not measuring anything right now I'm just eating till I'm full and when I'm hungry I'm eating again but trying to eat clean so I've been eating a lot of eggs.


    Today is day 1 of DNP 250mg's/ed for now. May up to 500mg depending on reaction/sides after about a week.
    About to start a cycle of Test E, Tren E and super DMZ 3 with cycles of DNP/Clen+T3 while on cycle I just need the test. I have test C but my body does not like it at all and i can't pin it. I know its not the gear because i have deca and eq from the same source that gives me no issues and have ran a test e and tren e cycle from the same source as well. Was my first run with test c and my body doesn't agree with me. So as soon as i can pick up some test E its on.

    Went out with the boys tonight and grabbed some dinner. had 2 rolls and then ate an entire basket of friend jalepanos, by the time my burger came i was full lol, hate 3 bites and took it home.
    nothing else special to report really. I took some more advil earlier and i am feeling a little better. maybe the advil and and some food helped.

    Forgot to mention I've taken Advil today in hopes to hel with what seems like no real positive side effects from that.

    Still no feeling like shit. Pip is bad but definitely not the worst I've ever had I can still move my own etc.
    Some symtoms I'm having are dizziness, light headed, very tired, shortness of breath and a headache.
    My wife says I'm burning up and body temp seems high which sounds like I'm having a fever because I'm cold and normally I'm a very warm person. I can't find my thermometer so I can't take my temp.

    No workout today just chilling.

    So far food intake today has been
    4 whole eggs 1 price of toast
    1 turkey and chooses sandwich and 1 spicy pickle
