        Re: Training Biceps

I got through bouts of bicep tendonitis and the preacher is my savior. Luckily I'm not in one of those phases right now but I love that machine. I actually am not a fan of training biceps. I do it but it's prob been my least favorite body part. I prefer to lift heavy on back and I do a ton of pull up work.

              Re: Training Biceps

I find it really had to isolate the biceps with the preacher curl machine. When I start to get fatigued I press my chest into that damn pad and cheat. I can't help it. I use it though from time to time just to change it up.

Preachers work, cable pull can help you focus on that muscle too. I also do slow and controlled high rep work with dumbells

                    Re: Training Biceps

That looks like a nice machine. I dont have much for biceps except for some dumbells and an ez curl bar. I'll do 21s when I really want to fry my biceps

Yes exactly 6p! I hate training bi's for some reason i never get a good pump and it feels like i never make any progress. I tend to do alot of back work which i feel hits the bi's enough.

                      Hey nice hair Fuzo LOL

I'm there with you. If I do barbell curls, it has to be extremely light. Otherwise, the pain shoots down into my elbows. Getting old sucks.
