Re: Training Biceps
I got through bouts of bicep tendonitis and the preacher is my savior. Luckily I'm not in one of those phases right now but I love that machine. I actually am not a fan of training biceps. I do it but it's prob been my least favorite body part. I prefer to lift heavy on back and I do a ton of pull up work.

Re: Training Biceps
I find it really had to isolate the biceps with the preacher curl machine. When I start to get fatigued I press my chest into that damn pad and cheat. I can't help it. I use it though from time to time just to change it up."You don't know how strong you are until strong is your only option."
