        Legs

        Leg press x15,10,8,8,6
        Seated calf raises x12,10,10,8
        Bulgarian split squats x12,10,8,6
        Standing calf raises x12,10,10,8
        Machine squats (tows pointed outward) 10,8,8,6
        Leg curls drop set
        Leg extensions drop set

        Meal1 ground need and basmati rice
        Meal 2 Intra workout shake
        Meal 3 post work out shake (protein and carbs)
        Meal 4 chicken breast, whole wheat waffle, and sugar free syrup
        Meal 5 meatloaf and red potatoes
        Meal 6 tilapia and basmati rice
        Snake rice cakes and protein spread
        Meal 7 protein shake

          OK, I'm all in on this one but you are not supposed to out work me. This workout looks brutal and you are taking in a great amount of food instead of relying on shakes. No way you can go wrong if you keep this up all 20 weeks. What manner of beast do you want to turn into??

            Thanks girl! I hope so! I try to have only one or two shakes a day. Legs are my most brutal day by far.

                        Ok so I've been busy the last few days. Friday was arm day and looked like this:

                        Barbell curls superset with skullcrushers x15,12,10,8,6
                        Across body hammer curls superset with overhead DB extentions x12,10,8,8
                        Single arm preacher curls on machine x12,10,10,8
                        Reverse grip pushdowns x12,10,10,8
                        High cable bicep curls x15,12,10,10
                        Rope pushdowns dropset
                        High cable... Don't know what to call these... High cable forearms curls... Yeah all go with that x12,10,10,10

                        Diet was pretty much the same but I subbed in ground turkey with mashed potatoes made with coconut milk.

                          Machine dips x10,8,8,6
                          Peck deck flyes x12,10,8,8 with three second negatives on last set
                          High cable crossovers superset with low cable flyes

                          Rope pushdowns dropset

                          Meals again were pretty much the same except I had my first cheat meal. Red Lobster all you can eat shrimp. Yum!
