I'm still here lol. Took 4 psyched pre workout and had a great back day even after curling two 5 gallon water jugs at works joking about guys in the gym doing it like that and tweaked my back a little hahahaha.
Nervous talk to big dude at gym lol g felt good to be compliment by him though says I have a good build and would do good in a show... I wanted him to help me pose but he wasn't really into it.
