You guys are right no way this digital caliper is accurate says I'm 6.7% now and I swear I put on some fat lol maybe in my head but I guess at least it show I have learned out a lot which is the important part..

Diet was a hard cheat today I've been bad but today was supposed to be my cheat day tmra and Monday back on track hardcore.

That being said I got some Humalog insulin yesterday from the pharmacy and I am going to strt running it as soon as I read up a little more and my glucose monitor I ordered shows up. I think I am going to run 500 mg test and maybe a light oral until I go to full cycle or a couple weeks oral a couple off...
I am excited like a kid in a candy store haha...
I also need to read up on the program I am going to follow, it's mi40 extreme by Ben Pakulski, i did his first program last December and really.liked it...
