      You guys are right no way this digital caliper is accurate says I'm 6.7% now and I swear I put on some fat lol maybe in my head but I guess at least it show I have learned out a lot which is the important part..

                60 min new style elliptical we got st out gym. 5 warmup 45 @75% of max hr, 5 high intensity, 5 cool down
                Abs 3x25 ball crunches, 3 x 15 on bench leg raises, 3x1-2 min planks never timed them.

                Diet...

                  Legs
                  2x30 3x20 360lbs leg press
                  4x15 100 lbs Leg Extensions
                  4x15 450lbs standing one leg cables superset w 4x15 45 lbs Seated calves
                  Decline situps 3x15 super set w on bench leg raises 3x15 slow down.

                  Diet was a hard cheat today I've been bad but today was supposed to be my cheat day tmra and Monday back on track hardcore.

                          Trying trying... So waiting on some supplies and some supps, will he end of November to Dec first to go hard.
                          That being said I got some Humalog insulin yesterday from the pharmacy and I am going to strt running it as soon as I read up a little more and my glucose monitor I ordered shows up. I think I am going to run 500 mg test and maybe a light oral until I go to full cycle or a couple weeks oral a couple off...
                          I am excited like a kid in a candy store haha...

                            I also need to read up on the program I am going to follow, it's mi40 extreme by Ben Pakulski, i did his first program last December and really.liked it...

                                Today got the best of me no gym :-( tmra hit it hard. Going to try some upper body light weight to ease back into it.
