    I love reading your log, you crack me up with all that cheat pizza. I have to live vicariously through you because I only get pizza once a year that is planned then maybe 1 cheat. Stick with your plan and it will all come together for you.

        Today
        Meal one roasted potatoes and cottage cheese
        Meal two steak, mashed potatoes coleslaw
        Meal three protein shake
        Meal four chicken broccoli w butter and calorie free Alfredo sauce


        Fly home day and day off gym, massage in am and if she doesn't kick my ass too bad gym in the afternoon...

            Just following the program I have and it works great with two cheat meal every four or two days mmmmm haha

              Meal one tow whole eggs with 4 eggs whites
              Meal two protein shake
              Meal three rice and hamburger pan fried with peppers and onion
              Meal four protein shake
              Meal five meat balls w tomatoes cucumber and pepper tossed in coconut oil and balsamic vinegar
              Meal six protein shake

              Workout elliptical fin e minute warmup, twenty minutes at 75% max heart rate 150 bpm followed by a five minute cool down

                  Thanks bro, I just wasn't eating quite as much before but now that I'm home and there is bread and stuff around I feel more hungry so I good for shakes not too mention my vitamix is here lol taste like ice cream mmmmm

                    Meal three 4oz burger, Gouda cheese and a cup of carrots
                    Meal four cheat pizza
                    Meal five cheat keg prime Rib with tiger prawns, twice baked potato and complimentary bread

                    Squats warmup set of 12
                    3x12 @225lbs
                    Leg Press 3x12 @ 290lbs
                    Leg Extensions 3x12 @? Lbs
                    Hamstring sitting curls 3x12 @? Lbs
                    Sitting Calf raises 3x12 with 20 jumping Jack's in between @ 45 lb plate

                      Left leg still lacks since acl reconstruction

                      Waist 35 1/4"
                      Legs upper largest part 23" quad at knee left side smaller 15 1/2" right quad at knee 17"
                      Calves left one is smaller 14 1/2 right one is 15 1/4
                      Chest 40 1/4"
                      Biceps 15"
                      Forearm 12 1/2"

                      Middle carb deplete
                      so day 5 of diet plan I was 18% body fat

                      Today Day 25 of diet 12% bf

                        Todays meals

                        Meal one 4 oz steak with 1/3 cup cottage cheese and one cup potatoes
                        Meal two shake
                        Meal three cottage cheese beef jerky 1 cup potatoes, tomatoes and Cucumber diced with some balsamic vinager
                        Meal four 8oz salmon, and salad with cucumber tomatoes mushrooms Lil avocado and olive oil dressing
                        Snack more beef jerky lol
                        Diet kinda sloppy visiting mom's Lotsa carbs ahhhh, taking an early cheat say tmra for thanksgiving.

                          Meal two Protein shake and some coconut oil
                          Meal three Cottage cheese turkey and some sliced tomatoes and homemade kale chips
                          Meal four Hamburger soup simple organic tomatoes sauce mushrooms bigger and seasoning with brocoli
                          Meal five Small serving of cheese
                          Meal six Shake before bed
                          No gym today got my ass kicked by accupunture this afternoon
