Meal three, shitty cheat had some macaroni I wasn't prepared last night and a chocolate bar, will
Keep four will be another small cheat post wo prob pizza or something quick
Workout HIIT
1-5 min warm up
5 minutes high intensity bursting 30 sec fats 30 sec slow
20 min moderate cardio
I'll probably use elliptical and throw some abs and calves in after l.

I think it will be good in the long run and hold me more accountable for my actions.
When I start my bulk in December I'll spend time everynight and really do a good job. I have six weeks off work and although all the supps I'll be on it will be hard to log but help me grow grow grow
The one thing I hate is coming back up north to work or being on up here and coming off bc everyone I work with is so judgemental and can tell i use gear but I just ignore it and play dumb
