    Yesterday was my off day. Today would be back/bi but i think im going to rest. Im a little tired and just feel like taking it easy.

    My nitrogen retention must be through the roof because my whole body is "pumped" its been like that for the last two days. Not sure if its my diet or what.

      Monday night I went hard in the paint on some back/bi's. I had a meal at 330 and i arrived at the gym at 545 so i was already hungry and felt weak. I didnt have the intensity and almost left 30min but i stayed and powered through. By the end i was dizzy and was a little wobly walking around.

      4 sets bent over row
      4 sets of straight leg deads - weak as hell here
      4 sets cable rows - last set to failure 180lbs
      4 sets vbar lat pulldowns - my back was so tired but i went heavier than normal and i finished all the reps. I was surprised
      3 sets assisted smith machine pullups. 8, 8, 6 reps
      4 sets machine t-bar rows

      By the end i almost fell over lol

        does ur gym sell shakes or protein bars bro.. i would have at least tried to get some thing.. but great job on working thru it.. bet you went home and went to town on some food tho..lol

          Good back workout. You got to get a big pre workout meal. Your first meal, preworkout meal, and postworkout meal are the most important ones.

            Hell yea i had six slabs of pork and white rice and then 75g Pro.. i slept like a baby

                  No way,

                  Last night I did chest/tri

                  db bench press - PERSONAL RECORD 100lb dbs for five reps
                  decline smith machine - 4 sets
                  smith machine fly - 4 sets - 190lbs to failure
                  incline db press - 3 sets - triceps starting to fail

                  overhead db extensions - 4 sets
                  wide grip cable pressdown - 5 sets
                  rope pressdowns - 4 sets to failure

                  I seriously couldnt do anymore more tricep work they were so fatigued but i wanted do one more exercise for them. I think i will try doing a seperate day with strictly arm work.

                    Friday I did Legs

                    Repped out on biceps and tris and did some abs it was kind of a weak workout but i hit my legs really well.

                    I missed last night because I had to do some side work.. totally threw me off my game this week.

                        What is today, oh yea friday. I went heavy back and bis on tuesday and did shoulders wednesday, chilled out last night.

                        Im doing chest/tri tonight then legs t2omorrow.

                        I love this test right now, i should have my next cycle in a couple of days. Im so ready to go hard it at already. Im gonna do a two months pct maybe longer i know ill be anxious to get back to it.
