    Tried a different approach to chest day working down. The pumps were so wicked in my triceps and pecs it felt like fish hooks ripping threw my muscles it was painful crazy. But in a good way best/worst pumps ever.

      12-16-14 day after I'm so sore from that chest work outi can't lift my hands up over my head to put a shirt on. That is the first time I have ever been this sore I'll have to try the reverse pyrimad on arms in a few days.

          Absolutely love that chest workout brother. Wish I could do heavy declines and weighted dips. Two exercises that just don't agree with my shoulders anymore. Used to love heavy weighted dips.
