    Dips Machine 70x12, 85x12, 100x12
    Hack 45x12, 90x12x2
    Lying Ab 20x3
    Roller Work
    Single leg extensions 30x14, 40x12, 50x12
    Standing DB kick-backs 10x12x3 turn the wrist at the top and squeeze
    Done my back is too stressed

    Went from happily sore all over to can’t bend over cause my back is out. Went to Chiro and sure enough hips were ½ inch off. All fixed and looking forward to a scheduled short w/o tomorrow and a cheat meal of Lasagne.

            Nothing special today, my back is still tender so I'm babying it. Last week my hams hurt even when I walked so overall getting some good work in.

              Took some Yellow Kratom before w/o today and I think that's what gave me the drive to lift a bit heavier than usual. Traps were toast after the reverse pec deck so upping the weight killed me on this and probably missed the target muscle. Pretty happy with the way my shoulders and arms are coming along. Started these BB style workouts a little over 5 1/2 years ago and can't believe how much progress I've made. I'm in the best shape of my entire life. Thank you Rake and everyone here who helps and supports me.

                  Great workout today, no issues lots of strength and drive. I may be able to stop taking pre-workouts and replace them with Kratom. I too 4g of Simply Yellow 20 min. before gym time.

                    Curious so does that simply yellow get you amped up or sustain your energy through the workout

                      What's so great is that I don't get that tingly amped up feeling or the HR jump. After about 15 minutes I feel happy and a little loose like I had a drink. When I start to do something like workout or just work around the house and pool I get really focused and task oriented but still happy and having fun. I have noticed more drive in the gym. I have not felt any drop off feeling just steady happiness all day with no impaired feeling. When I took the Red Strain in the evening I noticed sleeping a lot better because my shoulder and back pain was gone, so I didn't toss and turn all night. I didn't take it last night and woke up this morning realizing that I need a bit more therapy on my back but after my morning dose my back wasn't even a thought while I worked out. I think I may be able to replace pre-workouts, Aleve and the prescription pain gel I use. If that's the case I will be saving a ton of money; this is very reasonably priced. I have started a review thread and will be evaluating this for awhile.

                        Good day, I suggested the hip & glute machine. We don't use this so I worked it hard and got a good hard squeeze on my glute. Going be sore for sure.

                          Saturday 5/24
                          Just going to be honest, woke up with a slight hangover Saturday morning. Definitely going to the gym anyway so I too 4g of Simply Yellow. Took about twice as long to notice the effects but I did eventually get it done. Felt pretty good by the time I went home.
                          Took 4g of Red at 3pm before we went to the movies and just felt mellow for the rest of the night.

                          Sunday 6/25
                          Cardio day and I have been doing everything to get out of doing actual cardio. Took 4g Simply Yellow and was ready by the time I hit the gym.
                          10 min. Stepmill
                          10 min. Rowing machine
                          Plated calf raises 90x20x3 ss/w
                          Forearms palms down 20x20x3
                          Standing single calf raises 40x3 ss/w
                          Forearms palms up 30x20x3
                          10 min. Stepmill
                          10 min. Rowing machine
                          Got 40 minutes of solid cardio in and I suck at it. Great day, still feel great.

                            Loved my day in the gym. The cable machines feel so much different I think the workout was more challenging.
