Close grip curls: 95x10 4 sets ss w/
chin ups: 10, 8 finger still too sore to do many of these
bar curls: bar onlyx15 4 sets ss w/
rope pull downs: 65x15, 75x15 3 sets
rev curls: bar onlyx 10x4 sets ss w/
skulls: bar onlyx15 4 sets
hammers: 25x9 4 sets
cardio 20 mins
I had killer bicep pumps right after the bar curls and they never let up. By the time I got to the hammers I felt like my skin was going to rip! Holy hell! I'm sorry Arnold, but pumps are NOT better than sex..heheh
Today I plan on squating and deadlifting. I probably won't be able to dead 245 today so I will shoot for 225 as my working sets. I plan on killing it on squats though
