    bw chin ups: 8,6,5,5

    no cardio. I am figuring out the heat in the gym is really killing my workouts. It's hard to workout at 100% when its like 100 degrees- inside. Krist. Otherwise, the workout was good. Strength was about where it has been. I will probably do light shoulders tonight.

      4/15 light shoulders

      db mil press: 35x12, 40x9 3 sets
      bent rows: 85x12, 85x10 3 sets
      upright rows: 65x10, 85x8 2 sets, 65x10
      face pulls: 80x10 4 sets
      cable lat raises: 15x10 front/rear 6 sets total

      not a bad workout. no cardio though. it was late. i was exhausted. I'm taking tonight off except for tanning. I have so much shit to get done. My first day back to work full-time!

          4/17 legs

          I am doing the leg routine Tucker showed me. I will stick to this for several weeks. Light weight super high reps

          seated press: 90x30 4 sets
          calf raises on press: 270x30 done painfully slow for 30 reps
          leg ext: 60x12 4 sets
          prone hammies: 30x20 4 sets
          standinig calf raises: 210x20 3 sets my legs were shaking at this point so i couldn't do another set

          good workout....considering it was legs w no deads, squats or sumos in there. I have a plan though...I will do those sunday ; ) Today (friday) I think I am going to do upper back and chest tomorrow

                gonna post up 2 days worth. I wanted to deadlift and squat on sunday, but I just found out gym is closed Sunday. seriously....I am a firm believer that Jeebis would workout on Easter Sunday and he would want me to workout too. Isn't there something in the Bible about treating your body like a temple???

                seated row: 140x10, 150x10, 160x9, 170x8 2 sets
                wide grip pull downs: 110x15, 120x10, 110x15, 120x10
                shrugs: 200x20 4 sets
                rack pulls: 225x7, 285x5 2 sets (tired)
                cable lat pulls: 65x15 4 sets
                no cardio


                4/19 chest
                bench: 115x5 5sets
                db flys: 35x10, 40x12, 45x10 2 sets
                cable flys: 30x15 4 sets
                incline: 65x10, 85x6, 85x8, 85x10 (lol...not sure why my reps kept going up)
                forearms
                tanning
                no cardio


                both workouts were pretty good. strength is staying pretty static.

                  i split up quads and hams completely except i do one ham movement on quad day. so omit that and have a blast with them cause they are always different 99% of the time. and yes they are in my log

                    i know you like heavy stuff but give this short easy one a try:

                    leg extensions 45x60 60x60 75x60
                    seated leg curls 105x12 120x12 150x12 165x12
                    leg press 270x20 450x20 630x20 810x15 (used to pre exhaust prior to squatting today)
                    squats 185x10 275x10 365x10 (warmups) ds 405x5ds 315x10ds 225x15ds 135x20 (this drop made me feel like i was about to die and i am a high rep guy but for some reason heavy to low low rep to high sucked)
                    leg extensions 120x12 105x12(18)(1) first set reps held contracted for 1 sec second set first 12 same followed by pumps till failure and one iso hold at the bottom quarter till failure with partner pressing for more resistance
                    just drop the leg curls or do some light sets to get them pumped up a little as a warmup

                      I'm hurt and I'm gonna vent in my personal log. Tuckermax left me last night to go back to his ex wife. Took him all of 3 hours to decide he didn't love me anymore. wow. So I am now sitting here left with a broken heart, cleaned out bank account, and a 2014 Jeep Wrangler loan in my name for 30k because HE wanted it and didn't have the credit. This all happened over the course of 1 month. Talk about getting fawked.

                      Back to the gym tonight. I gotta alot of anger to unload!!

                        that sucks to hear hy-maint. not trying to sound cliche at all but dig your heels in and keep your head up cause their is always something better around the corner waiting. put that jeep up for sale and drive on woman. you are a strong lady so fuck it, use it to make you an even stronger lady

                          face pulls: 70x15, 80x10 3 sets

                          good workout. Strength is going up. I will have to search around to see if I can keep that going. gonna have to learn to stick my own ass- lol. tonight will be tri/bi and then legs tomorrow. not sure. Its busy in the gym at 7:30 at night. I will have to see what equipment is available. I really need to squat and dl, but I think i will try to hold off until Friday night or the weekend.

                            I have to say I am impressed with my new home- Georgia. I am a Northerner. I'm used to when you tell someone something sh*tty about your life they say "oh that sucks" and you move on. Well, down here you tell someone and they say "how can I help you." Its a totally different feeling. The outpouring of support for me and my situation has been nothing short of jaw dropping. My boss called her attorney about the Jeep issue, who in turn called the dealership on my behalf. After going back and forth the dealership (who also felt for my situation) decided to take the Jeep back, minus my down payment, and scrub the deal. I am dropping the Jeep off at the dealership tomorrow. I was fully prepared to suck up a voluntary repossession on my credit. The dealership knows my score and didn't want to see that happen. Crazy right??

                            Even Verizon is gonna suspend the additional phone line for 6 months so I won't have to pay the early term fee right now!! Since I was on a roll...I then decided to take control over my own supplement intake. I found a new source, figured out what I need to purchase, and researched how much to run. Easy peasy. I also got a free tan at the gym tonight bc Joe was feeling for my situation and called the free tan a "random act of kindness"

                            I laid in bed Sunday night and looked at the mess that was before me. The broken dreams, my broken heart, my shattered life and I thought about getting his gun out of the drawer and just giving up. Today I am glad to say I didn't. I'm far from healed. I will be forever scarred by this, but I know my worth even if he doesn't. I still have a long way to go to pay off all the credit card debt that was incurred...and I still need a part-time job to make ends meet, but I am unbreakable....and pretty fawking amazing. Fawk that little man.

                            And, now I am done talking about this for good!

                            I had a friend tell me to find what makes me happy and to reach for that in the midst of all this turmoil. I have reconnected with the gym and am concentrating all my efforts on that thanks MS

                              great thing about the south you just figured out. people from different areas think that southerners are ignorant inbred backwoods idiots but the truth of the matter is that they take care of their own. even if they dont know that person. people will give you their last piece of food, the last dollar in their pocket or the shirt off the back if they think you need it.
