    Another short day at the gym, we have a lot of work.

    Biceps and Back of Legs Wednesdays and Saturdays

    5 Min warm up on stair master
    Back Extensions 12x3
    U-Tread squat 90x16x1, 135x12x2
    Bicep, bar ADD 10 lbs, 12x3
    Dead lift 50x12x3
    Slant board side to side crunches 35x3
    Single arm bicep 20x12x3, 25x12x2
    Lie down leg curl 45x12x3
    HS Plated bicep curl 25x12x3x9x2
    Hammer strength Ab crunch 15x35x2, 25x1
    Plated leg press 90x12x3
    Wide grip cable bicep 30x12x2
    Seated leg curl 100x12x3

    2 c coffee
    ½ c oatmeal w/ 1 pinch of raw local bee pollen.
    Pure Protien Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar
    Flax, glutamine, vitamins 4g carb,
    1 Scoop Syntha-6 Strawberry Milkshake flavor w/ water
    Off to workout
    2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w water / vitamins
    Chicken Caesar salad
    3 liters water

      Booya! got back to the gym tonight for my 2nd two-a-day for the week. Miss being in the kitchen though. I had a pork chop dish all ready to go but ran out of time today. Maybe tomorrow.

            We just had our main meal. We wanted to have F.I.S.T.'s Spicy Avocado Halibut but I couldn't part with the $21.75 per pound. I bought Mahi Mahi and had to go out searching for a recipe. This was really good but I really love having all the Nutritional Information to go with it. Just can't beat F.I.S.T.'s Kitchen!

                TODAY IS EPIC!!! Great day in the gym both times and Hella fun chat with the family. I did have to beg Rake to take me across town to the gym that has the best Glute/Hip equipment. Turns out I'm a good beggar. Here it is for the day. Let me know how you like it.

                  Great day!! I feel better the closer I get to my goal. I have new fans in the gym!! Who cares if they are all over 70. They love me and that's a start. The trainers are avoiding me like the plague so I'm doing something right.

                    This is F.I.S.T.'s Jack Daniels Flank Steak and if you are a lover of Jack you have to try this! The marinade completely saturates the meat. Pretty good looking meal huh?

                          HeyMrWaters, Thank you so much for the encouragement! I know you are getting stage ready. I am only trying to get fit enough to look good in a swimsuit this summer. I'm sure your meals looked great during bulking season. About the shaving, I agree with your wife men are much sexier without all the hair. LOL

                              I use the seat position low to work my shoulders more on the chest exercises and high on the shoulder exercises for a greater range of motion.

                                Lol now that I think about it the only compliments I got on it were from other guys haha!

                                And that's great to have long term goals set....I think you'll have yours hit for sure by April 7th
