Re: Trixie's 8th round KO challenge

You are doing great. Keep maintaining this good balance in training and nutrition. Learn to like healthier foods. Then you wont be tempted to have the bad stuff. Focus on your goal and past that date. Look at the changes so far. Just think what kind of body you will be sporting come summer. You are the one that has buckled down. Look at the changes.
    Keep challenging yourself,.

someone say bacon? haha. their is nothing wrong with having bacon on occasion at all. you can also get some kick ass turkey bacon. it tastes pretty freaking good. if you like breakfast sausage(maple) you can get some sugar free maple syrup and add it to some pan cooked ground turkey and bam you have something that tastes like breakfast sausage but doesnt have hardly any cals in it at all

Thanks for the tip Guns you are so sweet to me.

I missed my regular workout today, Rake had a business meeting this morning so I headed off to the gym for my first yoga class in over a year. I forgot how hard yoga is, it really kicked my butt and I was sweating like Rake does, yuk.

          2 c coffee
          2 whole eggs
          Flax,glutamine + vitamins
          3 oz sirloin
          splurge for the day
2 scoop Syntha-6 protien shake water, Strawberry milkshake mmmmmmm half with vitamins
half of shake for dinner at 3pm

I was going to ask yall for some fat busting tips but Rake caught me and told me the only tip I need is ( STOP eating like a man!)

Re: Trixie's 8th round KO challenge

Good news I have been able to lay out by the pool 2 days in a row now, sweet. However I have had the 2 worst workouts in weeks. I am so weak, I struggled through all my reps the first day but totally half assed it today. Still really working on my weak spot, my diet. I’ve lost 8 lbs and even though that is a perfectb2 lbs a week for a body builder I want to lose the fat person 5 lbs a week. Diet was great again today and I will post a new challenge for myself soon. I think I will put an avatar together so you want to read my log.

I started tanning by the pool at 9am then off to the gym at 10:45.I'm getting my diet dialed in and it's hard to believe just a tiny bit more food can make such a difference in my strength. I am having a problem with muscle cramps on Bicep, Back of leg days, my ab even cramped today so that's
                  proof that they do exist.

Re: Trixie's 8th round KO challenge

hey trixie great work. if you are having cramping issues you may need to add in a little more sodium and or pottassium to your diet(or supplement it in) also may consider adding in taurine as well. they are all cheap and will knock cramps out very easily. with the sodium and pot, start very low and add a little in at a time until the cramps go away and stay at that level.
