Looking strong Max. Myself I never pull DL for reps unless it is done for assistance work. After I get warmed up it goes add a plate pull one, add a plate pull one. Right after I squat I go wide sumo for sets of 5. Not saying my ways right, thats just what I have always done. I love to DL its about the only thing Im built to do.

              Thanks CB.

I personally hate DLs and I never really seem to progress with them. I buddy of mine has a 700 pull and he has kinda helped work out a progression program for me. Sunday's DL session was the light for reps day next Sunday will be more of a ME session with singles. Im hoping to becoming a better Squater and Deadlifter out of this.

                  Re: MaxSeg's Training Journal

Nice work with the super ram. I have a super ram and a slingshot. I get more out of the SS than the SR. I didnt get much more out of the mad dog than the SS when I tried one once. I have to add that I have a crap lockout in the bench.

Im relativity new to this SR. But i can see where it would be a useful tool in bench training. Yesterdays low numbers in it is because I was wanting to get used to it before I really started overloading with it.
