cut the session short today because the pump was pretty silly and i dont want to work out all of my carbs as i load them back up. so when i got the blood full in their and tight i cut it off for the day.

it has a couple health benefits that i am going for due to some of the compounds i am using:
1-it helps detox the body and cleans the liver a bit
2-it aids in digestion.
some people will do a lemon about 30 min before each meal or with 3 of their meals a day. that's a tad to much sugar and acid for me with the acv so i just do it first thing in the am myself
