    thanks man and yours as well. 2 days off from the gym in a row and today will be some feasting. i got pizza lined up, jelly beans and a host of other goodies. i did get an added session of cardio added in for the upcoming week, so i might as well get enough fuel in today to power through the boredom.

    that is correct man. 3 day training week with nothing close to failure and then after 1-2 weeks fired back up nasty

    done for the day. nothing fancy nothing to failure. just moving and pushing blood around with no stress on the cns. felt good and no issues obviously. lots of stretching as well.

    either chop them up and pan fry them or put them in a foil pack with some chives and butter on the grill. grass fed organic of course and they are money

    i love them. they are and taste the same as a regular potato does and are low on the gi scale. they are about on par with a red potato on the scale. the do offer a few more health benefits over regular potatoes also. i really like them for sure though

    hell no man. after taking my last big break and letting my body get better, i came in the biggest and best ever. that and it was super easy to get into shape. so i get more motivated with longer periods in between competing
