    what was your heviest last season? What you hoping to hit this year? Im doing my best to try and catch you since we are both about the same height, sadly im 35 lbs behind lol. It will come hoping to hit a farly lean 280 by january. You taking any gh right now?brand?

      Last year I got up to 310 on nite, actually I think that's when I took that pic. This year I did the same. 280 lean is pretty damn huge, good luck with that. Here's a pic I just took Sunday.

          8am 50g prot shake.
          11am 50 g prot shake
          2pm 50g prot shake
          5pm 8oz lean burger, barbecue sauce, tortilla, and cheese, with a 20oz glass of .2%milk
          8pm -930pm workout
          Shoulders.....6sets cable side laterals superset with 6 sets barbell front raises
          6sets Seated dumbell presses superset with 4 sets dumbell rear delt raises
          6 sets dumbell sidelaterals
          6 sets reardelt machine
          930pm 60 g protein shake
          Midnite to 8am- 100g protein shake
          I haven't felt well for a few days so I'm not eating much and not taking any shots.
          It's not always a bad thing because I feel like I'm leaning up abit.

                  2pm 30g prot shake
                  4pm 8oz burger, cheese, barb sauce, and tortilla
                  5-6pm workout
                  Bis-tris
                  5sets one arm cable pushdown superset with 5 sets one arm cable curls
                  5 sets one arm dumbell extensions superset with 2 arm tricep seated extensions superset with dumbell preacher curls
                  5 sets barbell skull crushers super set with dumbell skull crushers superset with straight bar standing bicep curls
                  6pm 60g prot shake
                  8pm 30g prot shake with a salad and sugar and fat free ranch
                  .........not sure what else I'm going to eat tonite

                              I'm back! Woke up today at 278lbs, which is about a 13 lb weight loss over 7 days. I'm not even surprised because when I don't work out and make myself eat, I lose weight very quickly.
                              10am-30g prot shake
                              11am- 6iu humalog slin, then sipped on 100g sugar from gatorade for 2 hrs
                              1115am 50g carbs from oatmeal
                              1130-1230 -back workout
                              4sets cable pulldowns to front
                              5 sets meadows one arm barbell rows superset with 5 sets straight arm cable pushdowns
                              3 sets cable rows from the cable xover
                              3 sets low pulley rows
                              1 set dumbell row
                              1pm 40g protein shake
                              2pm 12oz lean burger, 2 torillas, cheese, and barbecue sauce
                              5pm 30g protein shake
                              8pm-2 soft tacos and 2 bean burritos from TacoBell and a large coke icee
                              Not sure what else I'll eat tonight
