    yeah queefer thats me in my avitar. i like how you eat, minus the sugar wow. but watever works. are you taking t3 or anything to keep the fat off you? as iam 325 and i have a 37 inch waist lol, let me know how u stay so lean at that weight? this is a good thread.

      Holy shit, let me say that again, holy shit! You, are a godam monster. I don't run clen or t3 except right before a contest. My body constantly wants to lose weight. Like I said, I went on vacation and lost more then ten pounds just from not drinking shakes. What was your last contest, and which is your next?

        Wednesday, I started feeling better today so I think my workouts and diet will be on the up and up.
        8am 40g prot shake
        9am- 2 protein cookies
        11am 40g prot shake
        3pm 4oz lean burger, tortilla chips, salsa
        330pm 20g prot shake
        530 to 6 workout
        6 sets of cable curls super set with 6 sets of dumbell preacher curls, had to stop when a client came into train.
        6pm 40g prot shake
        8pm 4oz of shrimp and a bowl of chips cheese and salsa, delicious, but not much protein.
        My vacation screwed up my training and diet, and my weight today was 280, but I feel softer and smaller.
        I felt a bit more motivated and tomorrow Im going to turn up the volume and start hitting the peps and slin hard again.
        Took 500mg test and 200mg eq

          Friday

          8am 40g protein shake and 2 poptarts(chocolate cookie dough flavored)
          8am- 250mcg ghrp and 250mcg cjc--this combo is really helping me out and given me my appetite back

          10am-50g protein shake
          Noon-12oz lean burger, 50g carbs from cup of noodles, and cheese and barbecue sauce, 16oz chocolate milk
          Noon- 250mcg cjc and ghrp combo
          1pm- 2 pop tarts(cookies and cream flavored)
          2pm- 2 pop tarts
          330pm- 50g protein shake
          630- 12oz burger, noodles, cheese, barbecue sauce, and diet dr pepper
          630 ghrp and cjc combo 250mcg each plus 10iu humilin R
          8pm-start sipping on 150g sugar from gatorade with bcaas
          8pm- 2 pop tarts
          830-10pm workout
          Legs
          5 sets leg extensions super set with 5 sets one legged leg curl
          6 sets leg press alternating close with wide foot position
          I havent done legs in over 3 weeks so I took my time and didn't do a lot of volume because it wont take much with that long of a layoff
          3 drop sets of leg press
          2 sets walking lunges
          10pm 90g isolate protein shake
          Midnite I will eat another burger meal without the noodles
          3am to 10am I will sip on a combo of isolate and syntha 6 protein , 150g
          Will take 600mg t400 test and 200mg eq, both from IPgear of course. I love the 25ml bottles they sell because they last a long time. And the peps are from Osta-Gain because I trust their products as far as quality. Their are so many sponsors these days, you have to be careful to get your gear and peps from companys that are not "fly by night"

            next is masters to try qualify for my ifbb pro card masters of course. i fractured my femur so its bent a bit i hope they cant see or notice it. ill use the lights to hide it as much as possible. ok, you got a built in t3 med already queefer lol. but u look real good. are you going pro?

              last contest was states, won overall in hvyweight. long time ago. got sick of the politics. plus almost got into it in the pit with another wise ass competitor.

                  Woke up at 290 this morning. I'm gaining my weight back, but better yet I'm filling back out.
                  9am- 30g protein shake, 250mcg ghrp and cjc combo
                  12- 10oz lean burger, cheese, barbecue sauce, and noodles
                  3pm - same burger meal with peps combo
                  4pm- 10iu slin and started sipping 150g sugar gatorade
                  430-545 back workout
                  4 sets cable pulldowns to front
                  5 sets one arm barbell rows(JM style) superset with 5 sets cable pulldowns to chest on the xover
                  4 sets dumbell rows
                  4 sets hammerstrength row machine
                  1 set low pulley rows
                  545pm 70g iso protein shake
                  7pm- ghrp and cjc combo 250mcg per
                  7pm- 12oz burger, 40g carbs from refried beans, salsa, and cheese
                  10pm 20g protein shake
                  1130 -8oz burger with cheese and salsa
                  2am-10am- will sip on 125g protein shake
                  Just got the test results back for Hygetropins I got from Kublai, and since the quality is good, I will be taking 8iu at bedtime eachday.

                    just joking about built in t3 and iam super hvy now but iam in bulk phase brother still. 280 ripped is super hvy to. so we shall see wat happens in a few. wish u the best at your next show brother.

                      Side note: I saw bigguy84 in the gym and he was looking big and lean as he was just coming off his big victory at the Excaliber

                      2pm- 60g iso protein shake, ghrp and cjc combo and 8iu slin
                      3pm-12oz lean burger, refried beans, cornchips, cheese, and salsa

                      7pm - 12oz lean burger, barbecue sauce, and noodles, 18oz choc milk, and cjc and ghrp combo

                            3pm- 12oz lean burger, 4 packs of oatmeal, 10iu slin, and 150g sugar to sip on for the day, pep combo
                            5pm workout
                            Chest
                            12sets smith machine incline bench
                            3 sets dumbell flys
                            3 sets flat dumbell bench
                            4 sets hammer strength incline
                            630pm- 60g iso prot shake
                            8pm-30g iso protein
                            10pm -8oz lean burger, cheese, salsa, refried beans, 16oz choc milk, pep combo
                            -not sure what else I'll eat tonight
                            Took 200mg eq and 500mg cyp

                                Well I didn't workout for 10 days and deflated. Then I came back and started ghrp-2 with grf 4 times a day, 500mg test and 200mg eq everyother day, 10-20iu slin per day. Alot of water weight.
