      Woke up at 293 lbs, losing weight, but it's just water as my body stabilizes to the Hygees
      Saturday- I ran out of ghrp-2 so it's hard for me to eat much when I don't have it to rev up my appetite

      3pm-60g prot shake
      4-545pm Legs workout while sipping on 150g lemonaide sugar

      -will eat another meal before midnite

        292 outa bed. Actually feeling bigger today and my wife told me I was looking bigger which is rare. . I've been off the peps, but should be back on when my order arrives from Osta-Gain. I've got some IGF des that I'll be trying pre workout. Also started 3 days ago using 1/2 an anadrol per day. I used a whole one precontest a few months back and they were very strong. The BD abombs from IPGear are the real deal. They are the best abombs out there and I know Bboy said the same thing, plus they are very reasonably priced. I remember when I used to buy them 10 years ago and paid $300 for 100.

        8am-50g prot shake
        11am- 50 g prot shake, 3 packs of oatmeal, and 11iu humR slin
        12- Tricep workout while sipping on 150g sugar and bcaas
        5 sets rope cable pushdowns
        5 sets straight bar skull crushers

              Damn I love reading through this. If people take the time to read it closely they can learn a lot.

              I LOVE the burgers you have going on. I hate chicken anymore but always find beef as my go to.

                Burger is so much easier to eat then choking down dry chicken breasts. I do eat only chicken for the last 6 weeks prior to contests.
