Thank you my friend. Wish I had been able to post more. It's just been crazy. I'm super pumped this show. Huge show, huge improvement for me. I knew things weren't going right the last time, I just rode the ship down though. Big difference working with someone who's got the same body type as you.
This mental game has been tough but I can see the prize much more definitively. I'm tighter this morning than I was on stage in june, and we still have to pull sodium, water and carb load. It's gonna be crazy different.

Well I'm back among the living. Things went really well. I looked the best have yet. Got sick to my stomach before prejudging so I didn't pose as well as I could have. Also had some other complications but I walked away with a trophy and a top 5 finish which qualifies me for JR nationals.
Gonna take some time off and recoup. Then set that goal up again.
