I know. I feel kinda like I deserve a spanking after all the bs the last two weeks. I'm concerned about the water cause we don't have a good explanation for it. It may be just caffeine and clen withdrawal or could be an estrogen rebound or because I've been about 50% on diet the last week.

      In any case:

I hear ya loud and clear. HEAD DOWN, VOLUME UP, KICK AZZ!!

That's a lot of water gain in 2 weeks, but it sounds like you got a game plan going. So to repeat what Anabolic said, "GET TO WORK!"

I'm sure some of it is fat too. I've had way too much stuff off of my diet. But I guess the good thing is it's out of my system I don't want it anymore and I'm ready to get to work

Ok quick update. This morning I woke up 224 yes 9 pounds different then yesterday. All water. And I still have cankles and my toes are numb. Prolly still have about 6-7 pounds of extra water on me. I've upped water intake to 2 gallons to try and flush it out. No supps still, no caffeine either. Surprisingly energy has returned and I feel pretty good. Not falling asleep every 2 hours .

At the doctor to check a very unusual spot on my abdominal muscle. It has all the symptoms of a hernia but is very high. I was out of commission yesterday it hurt so bad. Second row of abs down from the sternum on the right side. I was actually afraid it was an abscess at first cause I used to do b12 and hcg shots there IM. The pain is directly in the muscle, its very strange. Guess well see. I'm hoping it's just a severe tear or something but lifting is way limited.

Missed cardio this morning due to the pain. Hopefully I'll get some resolve today.

Well it's not a tumor (in my best Arnold voice) and it's not a hernia. Apparently I have a severe abdominal wall tear. Going to require a lot of rest ice and cold laser therapy. Getting started on it now because this hurts like hell.

Thanks guys. This is definitely the most pain I've been in in awhile. Right in the middle of my core so any power lift just strains the crap out of it.

Guess I should have named this thread "Rocky road to the Europa" LOL

Going in for laser treatment today and ice. God just decided I needed a break.

Sometimes he does that, I learned as life went on to listen to him. He is always right.
