Just got the supplement plan nailed down. Now it's time to execute. Been off for a week, I'm rested and ready to get back into the swing of things.
If anyone has any suggestions for back width, I'd love to hear it. I struggle with my lasts so much. Also, if you have a critique on me, let me know, it might be something in overlooking cause I'm too concerned about something else.
something that would make you really stand out... other than the things you mentioned(stage presence, posing, back width)... is getting your ab muscles thicker(so they stick out and look 'deeper'... you can do this by doing crunches(with weight), decline weighted crunches, rope pulley crunches(there are som really important 'movement and form' pointers that you must concentrate on to really isolate the abs... and not hit the obliques... your obliques are good, you don't really want them bigger or it makes your waist look big... stay away from hanging knee raises.. things like that(those hit obliques WAY too much!!) I'll make a couple vids, and either send them to you or post them for you on this thread... you have 'hard, shredded' abs, but they could use some depth...
in addition to width, you could use a little thickness in you back to make it really stand out..
your legs look great! but don't neglect them trying to bring other bodyparts up, they will atrophy quickly and you will be kicking your self!!!
I'll look through your pics closely and hit you with a pm on what I think you could bring up a little..

Thanks overburdened. I feel the same way about the abs and for whatever reason never seem to be able to deepen them. A good weighted protocol is definitely in order. Never knew hanging hit the obliques. That explains a lot actually. I've been doing some weighted exercises, but may not be heavy enough to get results. Looking forward to your Post brother.
So spur of the moment, yesterday I decided to drive my family 5 hrs away to go to a water park. Didn't bring food that I had prepared, on purpose. Trying to just be a family guy today.
Not that I'm obsessed, but I'm way pissy when I'm not on diet and miss workouts. I don't think one day is gonna set me way back, but dang I'm pissy. I'm so much more agreeable with my chicken and green beans.
I came off all fat burners and my "supplements" are at an all time low too; So is my energy level. I could barely keep my eyes open yesterday at the water park and today I felt like I had narcolepsy. Ridiculous. I also have retained a ton of water, seriously I have cankles. In just two days I'm bloated like a bullfrog. Coach says water will balance out, trying to give my adrenals a rest from the stims for a bit. I'm gonna have to go back to drinking 2 gallons a day.
Back on diet tomorrow and in the gym. My lats are still sore from anabolic5150s workout. Gonna do legs and abs tomorrow with cardio in the AM if I can even move from the water.
Wow. 2 weeks of crap has really taken its toll. Ive got so much water on me it's cutting circulation off to my toes. Can't even wear my wedding ring. This is insane. Definitely not a step in the right direction.
I've officially been off all but 2 supplements for 5 days now and my body is freaking out. Have been cheating way too much too. I've blown up to 235 lb when I competed at 209 just two weeks ago. Insane!!
We're trying to get my body to regulate the water on its own, so this week gonna keep pushing water and no missed workouts!! Even if I gotta do them at 10:00 pm. I'm getting them in.
