Ok FG here we go. The wifey has 2 shows planned in May and June. I don't know how many remember the log I had for her but she came a long way and finished with 2-2nds 2-3rd and a 4th in her first show ever.

She's getting ready to come off of her "bulk" in the next few weeks and it is insane how lean she is already. I have some photos to edit and I'll get them up here today. Stay tuned

look into buying her some skype posing sessions with kenny wallace. it is posingbykenny.com i believe. he is one of the top posing coaches in the country and can work wonders at hitting that next level of presentation

he posing coaches almost all the top level national competitors and a ton of pros. prices are very reasonable and if she makes it to a national level show he goes to all of them. idk if you are close to him and i wont ask but when you get on his site you can see. he does in person stuff in new york and somewhere else in the north east. cant remember off the top of my head but i know he does it at bev francis power house in new york for sure
