Virgin Graston experience

Well just had it done. I found a sports medicine chiro/physical therapy place that went through all my little ailments and little bit of a plan going forward.

Had some needling in my left elbow for tentinitis that's kicking my ass and the graston on my former Pec tear. He's starting slow. Did about 5 min on it to open it up. Going back Friday for more!

Pain lets you know your alive!

Ya man its about time! Things will start getting alot better for ya! I had a couple knots in my back for over six years and in a few visits their gone and i have zero pain with it now.

What are they doing for the tendonitis? I stopped dips and skulls and bingo, no more pain for me!

He did some "needling" and I can't believe the relief!

I checked for a practioner in my area and the closest is about an hour away

the one i see by choice is over 45 mins away for me and the trip is well worth it. give it one session, trust me you will go back until you are 100% healed up.

Obviously strength and confidence have been an issue coming back from this injury...5 hours after graston I hit chest...put at least 10-15% back in my lifts.

I have another session Friday!

follow their guidance man and you will be back to what you were when you started. it is pretty cool that the therapist encourages you to train the area as soon as you can to get more fluids moving around in the area.

follow their guidance man and you will be back to what you were when you started. it is pretty cool that the therapist encourages you to train the area as soon as you can to get more fluids moving around in the area.

Ya I was shocked when he told me to make sure and train chest by late afternoon (had morning app).

supposed to speed up the healing process from injury and pull out the waste products from the graston or something like that. my pt that worked on my leg explained everything to me but honestly i only caught about 1/4 of what she said because she spoke very softly and i am almost completely deaf. my new lady is loud and wide open so i have no issues with her instructions haha
