After breaking my nose several times. I had to have deviated septum surgery. The Dr. packed my septum with gauze 3 weeks later he had me come into the office to have it removed. He yanked it out and broke my nose in 2 more spots. It will never be straight now. Anyway that is the worst physical pain! As for mental too much to tell like all I'm sure

Had my nose reset 5 times and that is always a *****. When they put those steel rods up your nostrils and start cracking your nose back in place after you just had it smashed in by someones fist.

Esophagitis was my worst pain sucked so bad. This staph hurt but I'd take it over esophagitis any day. Fractured my ankle and thumb when I was younger in sports but hell that came with the game. Over all I find myself pretty lucky compared to what a lot of other ppl have to go through

i had to carry one of my marines to the car and drive him to the er from this. that i am told is one of the most painful things on the planet.

ya stones suck, i was passing 1 a month for awhile then they did that sound wave treatment to break them up. i pissed gravel and blood for a week. only had a few since them (knock wood)

watching the agony of my son after his major back surgery. worse than any pain i have ever felt.

broke my arm at the growth plate right by the shoulder. could not cast it. but they gave me morphine for the pain...............

Getting kicked in the stomach in pitch black darkness by a thoroughbread race horse. Im 250 lb and I went flying. Drs told me my size saved my life

ouch dzone. i am a hill billy by birth and went to high school with a dude that was cross eyed from being kicked in the head when he was little. after we graduated i heard that he had been kicked in the head again and it killed him.

Selling my Nintendo Collection was the worst pain for me. Not Physically but mentally... Might sound weird but I collected since I was a kid and finally had to let it go. It costs a lot of money to keep something like that and keep it growing lol.

Honestly it was the last time I shed a tear, I don't even shed a tear when family members die... I know I am heartless.

Gotta say now the pain of watching my wife suffer for the past mth in pain and sick from her gallbladder is now the worst pain I have ever had much worse than any physical I have ever endured.
