1992: Both shoulders injured, surgery on both (heavy benching too much)
    1994: Broken C6
2004: 4 knee surgeries. took 2 years to heal enough to exercise again. left me 30% disabled in that leg
    2009: L5/S1 surgery
2014: Complete Bicep Tendon Tear (no surgery needed, cosmetic)
2015: Partial IT band tear in left leg
Overall: arthritis in neck and lower back. Bone spurs in neck and from mid back down.

BB squats. It was "one of those days". I normally did 135x10, 225x10, 275x10, 315x8-10 then would do some lower reps with 405 up to 455. But that day 135 felt like 315. Legs felt super tight and weak. i figured it was just me being a vagina. So i went and did 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 315x 3. my brain was telling me to stop and go home but i didnt listen, loaded up 405 and got my mind set and was super hyped to kill it. on my way down on rep 1 SNAP! lucky for me the safety bars saved my ass. I couldnt stand up, the pain was horrible. My buddy came over and we iced it and wrapped it up. The doc said it wasnt bad, just a partial tear that would heal. I now LISTEN to my body lol
