went in today to get a deep tissue massage to hopefully help with some nagging injuries. long story short he was able to help my shoulder some but it hurt like hell, i managed to not cuss out loud but damn!!

If it hurt at spots, then was probably a TP. usually if they work on a spot and it refers pain to another area than you can best bet it is trigger points. usually need to keep up with those every so often and do some of your own with a tennis ball or foam roller.Veritas Vos Liberabit

hey horse take a look around you for some dry needling therapy and muscle graffing/scraping. gusto made the suggestion to me about the dry needling and the doc set me up with the graffing scraping. they do them all over your body wherever you are injured. i tweaked my knee a couple months back. it was so irritated that i couldnt lock it out to flex my quad correctly. after 1 session i was squatting medium weight and flexing it correctly with very little pain or tightness. i am a huge believer in these techniques now because i am right at 100%. it does hurt pretty badly but man it is super effectiveTGBSupplements REP
