the top part is the distal tendon man. and if you tore or partially tore either that or the laterial tricep tendon you wouldnt bruise. look for a gap on either side and it can be very very small. you wont see the gap even if it is a little swollen either. the forearm piece is the ulner nerve area and i have never seen anyone with issues there, it is normally on the radial side. my suggestion other than rest and ice would be to use a cream like arctic balm and a sleeve before any upper body work for a while. you can also get a ref to physical therapy for some dry needling and graffing/muscle scrapping. that's what they are doing to my knee right now and even though it is brutally painful it has speed up my recovery big time. after only 2 sessions i squatted pain free and i will be trying heavy this weekend after 4 sessions. the dry needling doesnt hurt but the scrapping/graffing does

go get that therapy done man so you dont aggervate it again later. i thought i tore something loose in my knee but all my tendons were intact. the pain i had was stupid brutal so much that it hurt to walk. mine was from super tight it bands and improper glute firing. so with them breaking up the scar tissue addhesions and everything else in there pulling on the tendons it is loose and pretty much pain free now. you may even be able to get it done at a sports message clinic. i would say by how your issue is radiating you are having the same issue as i am. you got all the build up and it is pulling and causing pain. just an idea cause i hate to take time off and i hate the doc, but i actually learned something for a change from this one

I would Dunk that elbow into a bucket of ice and water for 10-15 minutes at a time. Just dont fall asleep with your elbow in there. lol It might sting like hell for the first minute or two, then it goes numb and you dont feel it

Getting unexpected injuries really throws a wrench in the plans. I hate when it happens too. Good to hear it wasn't serious injury. You'll be throwing the iron around once it's healed up bro.

Well I took 3 whole days off and did legs 2x already, lol and decided to do chest today just did 4 sets 135 225 315 405 then I was done then did abs and the arm didn't hurt as bad so its getting better. The one good thing is if I continue to focus on my legs oh man they will grow God gidted me in putting size on my legs and the gym has this bad ass squat machine where you add the plates. All gyms should have this squate machine, its not really a machine because your adding 45lb plates to it but it kicks ass

after my next meet (mid may) i might have to do the same thing. instead of using a ice pack i tried how you do it with a bowl of ice water, it works better than a ice pack, now all i need is a bowl that will let me put my shoulder in it lol
