Benzos are horrible. Stay off them! I took lorazepam for sleep for a long time and I didnt think I could ever sleep without them. Now I sleep great with nothing but melatonin & Tryptophan. I say if anyone is hooked on Benzos-Get off them asap!Comment

No doubt. The withdrawals from Benzos can cause cardiac arrest...Most people who are quitting benzos need to be monitored by a dr so they dont kill themselves. Very dangerous drug! Warning: Dont be fooled, benzos kill people.Originally posted by guns01 View PostComment

I do shift work and have a very tough time adjusting to sleeping at night once I get "switched over" to sleeping during the day while on night shift. I use melatonin to help with this but it is only moderatey effective and not always. I will definitely look into these two things you mention here!Originally posted by guns01 View Post
