        I know so many people (especially at work) who skip breakfast everyday. It's just beyond me how that happens. I wake up so hungry, I wouldn't even make the drive in to work if I didn't eat lol. Much less make it all the way to lunch. Even on the weekends, I'd probably be able to get a little more rest and sleep a bit later if I didn't always wake up starving.

          only negative i have from missing, i don't say skipping because i try to get my first meal in before work, is when i phuq up and miss breakfast, my blood sugar feels low and i need to grab whatever we have at work which is usually shyt food. don't necessarily overeat but still, eating a snickers isn't anywhere near as productive as a 1/2 cup of oats and a protein drink. i need my morning meal or i feel like crap.
          You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.
