    Good read. L-theanine works great when you have taken too much pre-workout and know you will not sleep. it takes away the jitters and lets you relax.

      I take a lot of Lemon Balm at night. I guess it works since I fall asleep with no problems. Oh and I take tryptophan and GABA every night too. I sleep like a log
