I cut it short because I jumped off cycle but I liked it. I was running only 60mcg of clen everyday and 1mg of keto every night.
I am going to run the same thing but I want to add t3 so I am trying to figure out how to dose the t3.
I have a protocol for doing the clen/t3 2on/2off but I am not sure how to incorporate t3 in with clen when also running keto.
Should i start low on t3 and slowly go up or should I stick with one dose?
Maybe I will make a new thread.
I believe u always ramp up t3 and I would say it would be the same with or without keto except the 2 on 2 off
Thats what I was thinking. I was thinking about treating the t3 like i would be if i was doing 2on/2off but while keeping the keto and clen consistent.

I dont want to go to long or to high to risk anything but i know what to expect from keto and clen and both together I am just looking for an extra bump. The protocol I was given doesnt go above 125mcg

you already have the clen mapped out. so no need to re do that. with the t3 if you are going to ramp it up then go:
12.5 for a wk
25 for a wk
50 for a wk
75 for 2wks
50 for a wk
25 for a wk
12/5 for 2 wks then drop it off
if you want to go steady with it which i prefer to do because i see no need to run it for a high dose for a long period of time. it burns everything muscle and fat so keep that in mind and just because you are running t3 doesnt mean you can eat anything and everything you want while cutting:
t3 with clen
25-50 is plenty for the duration of you run dont worry about 2 on 1 off with the t3 keep it running even during the off period of the clen and 2 wks out from the end cut the t3 in half to let your body start to come back to normal
