TweetI lift at work and at the gym on my days off, hours vary.
TweetI hit it Mon. Wed. Thurs. and Fri. morining and lunchtime and on Tues I hit it around 6:30 or so after work.
Tweetvaries on school and work schedule but prefer around 12-1pm. I lift at a small gym where I stick out like sore thumb. Its cheap and has what I need so I dont care for now.
TweetTuesdays, thursdays I work with my trainer from 9am till 11 in the gym, this is my more cardio/plyometric stuff. then wednesdays and fridays I spend an hour in a group lesson, then probally 45mins afterward doing private. in between that it's rest and recoup time, do a climb, snowboard, or I do my ol' skool heavy routines.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

Tweettuesday in the afternoon and the rest of the time after I put the kiddos down
TweetMon, Tue, Thurs, Fri lift at Golds. Wed and Sat.....MMA at a facility about 40 min from my house. Usually afternoon.

TweetI lift at 12:30 or 1:00 - whenever I am able to get away from my office on a given day.
