Calling on lawn mower mechanics, I am working on a cub with a 18 hp kolher engine. I hooked up the 2 wires for the fuel regulator. There was also a green wire with a flat spade connector was wire tied to the float bowl. Where does it go? It is keeping to starter not to spin.
