    not from me coaching you. i am huge on red meats and a variety of protein sources as well haha. oh wait this is for normal every day people

        Gotta have my red meats too lol.

        I do think personalized nutrition will yield better individual results for people though. Instead of the cookie-cutter generic diet plans. But I do keep red meats in mine
