B Vitamin Shots !!!

TweetBeen feeling lethargic lately , maybe the cycle I'm on. Two 19 Nor compounds my be causing excessive prolactin issues !
But I have taken 1 away and will begin a new regiment soon .
Well I have B1, B6, B12 amps and decided to take one today . They're 2ml amps , and I have to say I took the 2mls today and felt better .
What is the protocol for B12 shots ?
Dosage ?
Shots per week ?

Even with these symptoms it doesn't always mean that u need more B12 . But it's not a bad thing to take more of it . B12 is water soluble and what the body doesn't need it eliminates . So no real need to worry about side effects !!!
I'm just lost on how much should be injected , taken , and how often !!!
I'm gonna look into gettin some blood work to see how my levels are among other things .
But any1 that has taken B12 shots , I would def like to hear ur experience !!!

that and they are pretty painful most of the time. at least for most people.

you can also forgo all the supplement approaches and hit a bit more extremely lean red meats, dark green leafy veges and other foods that are high in b vitamins. your body will absorb much more that way

I took one and it was as smooth as tits !!! Maybe I have some Real good B12 !!!
But what I would like to know is what are the acceptable dosages and how often . Can't find a solid answer !!!
I do have to say that once I popped the top off the amps , I caught a wierd whiff of the liquid . Smelled kinda bad .
And throughout the day I could smell it on me . Actually smelled like ground up raw beef . Best way I could explain it !

It does have a funky smell and I could smell it all day on myself like I said best way for me was 1000 mcg Ed sub q

I know when my got the injections, here arm was sore for days and the shots made her real sick. I hae had great reuslt for her , getting her a sulingual liuquid and her blood tests prove they work.
