My wife just bought me some Cocoa Pebbles today as a matter of fact. Those don't last long in this house.

I've never even heard of those but they look good. My favorite cereal is Honey Bunches of Oats, but Fruity Pebbles are my favorite sugary cereal.

i am assuming you are eating these bad boys as a refeed or pre or post workout since you are knee deep in prep. i know you are a really lean dude to begin with but the damn sugar profile on those cereals is insane haha

mainly eat these pwo but the entire meal has about 11g sugar total. Not bad at all. I weigh EVERYTHING out to fit my macros and it works phenomenally for me. Sugar is not "bad" ... eating too much too often is. 11g aint bad but i do cut back a tad more closer to show just to be safe, i will continue the pancakes but drop the fruity pebbles so that would drop my sugar grams down to like 9g for the meal.

well, sugar isnt bad in a gaining portion of cycle but i will 100% disagree with you on it not being bad when you are trying to get as lean as humanly possible. i have read and been taught both that insulin release at any point when trying to lean out is a big no no and you want as min as possible if you can get it to no response at all that would be even better. now obviously if you are a nasty lean dude that has issues holding muscle or just a freak lean dude you can slide a little. i am 100% anti sugar when getting ready to compete unless it is when slin is being used near the end or start to drive other stuff into the muscle

not knocking on you or your choices at all man, cause you get into pretty nasty shape. i just dont like the what if i wouldnt have done this or that into my equation at all

I agree with you, i have a pretty nasty metabolism and leaning out isnt too hard BUT we have discussed me not getting those deep cuts ive been trying for and may be the fact im getting too much sugar in. the pancakes are pwo mainly, i have had them pre a few times but ended up feeling sleepy at the gym. most meals are chicken and jasmine rice with franks hot sauce or turkey burgers with egg whites to hit protein. i will be dropping the pancakes VERY soon, hell maybe today is the last day for them. i am currently 69 days out and sitting at 196lbs lean as shit BUT i am not risking shit. ill drop all the sugar i can from my diet, quite honestly i never really paid much attention to it but i will sit down right now and go over every food item i eat and see how much sugar is in it.

thanks for the info, makes sense. guess i cant wonder why i didnt have the deep cuts before. my skin is paper thin but not seeing the deep cuts like i want. i know i have time and itll happen but little to no sugar will have to be the way to go. cant risk this pro card.
