since you guys seem to be the guru's of supplements i figured id come here

im 16 and have been working out quite a bit, but ive noticed my gains have started to slow down a bit, what supplements would you recommend for strength/size gains?

i was thinking of a creatine/nitro tech/weight gainer regime where i drink weight gainer once a day, nitro tech 4-5 times a day, and creatine as directed on jug

as you can tell im probably really clueless, i've just now started getting into supplements

any help is appreciated
