    since you guys seem to be the guru's of supplements i figured id come here

    im 16 and have been working out quite a bit, but ive noticed my gains have started to slow down a bit, what supplements would you recommend for strength/size gains?

    i was thinking of a creatine/nitro tech/weight gainer regime where i drink weight gainer once a day, nitro tech 4-5 times a day, and creatine as directed on jug

    as you can tell im probably really clueless, i've just now started getting into supplements

    any help is appreciated

    i was actually thinking

    i was thinking of a glutamine, creatine, protein stack for the most results

    i've read that this particular stack provides amazing results considering it's supplements

    would ribose be a good addition?

      Exactly what saturn said. I would get a good brand of creatin like prolab. Just make sure it is creapure and add some dextrose withit post workout. Get a cheaper brand of protien like optimum or pro rated.

              Nitro-Tech, over rated.....

              N-Large 2, better research type 2 diabetes, too much malto, will put on too much fat. Eat like a horse and try this out:

              15oz milk
              1/3 cup crushed oatmeal
              2 scoops whey
              2 scoops natural peanut butter
              2 tablespoons flax oil
              1 banana in you wish.

              Will pack the weight on you, high in protein and complex carbs as well as essential, good fats. Flax oil is very cheap. I suggest Pro Rated, like someone mentioned above, you can get it at www.allsportsnutrition.com for $38 per 10lbs.

                  bump for yellowjacket. I used nlarge2 and got good results, but nothing compared to when i made my own mass gaining shakes. Some cottage cheese, natural yogurt, natural peanut butter, some oatmeal. Oh man, so good!!!
