Just wondering how you all achieve the "Zen of the Beast Mode"?
I am thinking it is where mind and body is one working for the same goal.
You push through the pain.
Is this over training?
No it's not over traning if diet mind and suppose are right u can achieve anything u want brother it just depends if you want it that bad it's a lifstyle
the "zen of beast mode".. where all is in alignment and focus is 100%.. honestly for me I can say I've been there but never able to stay there life always gets in the way. short bursts of 4 to 6 months work best when planned well but I fall off the wagon if I try to stay 100% to long ..
i would say that the best way to hit the zone would be if it is your passion. then getting into the mindset isnt quite as tough. then add in a good training partner that motivates and drives you to be your best. the ultimate zen added into that is knowing your body and how it is feeling. if you know you have normal aches and pains that isnt an excuse to be taking time off but you have to channel in and tell yourself hey my body is beat up and i need some time off for a bit. then the mind and body will become one again. that's just my take and i am most def not the smartest person in the world
