TweetDamn! that is alot of reps!..Are you seeing any gains from this? The weight sounds good, but the reps would be killer..I start out at 90 then I ill do 110, and then 145..I am trying to equate to male, but it is usless lol! I am pretty wasted doing mine lol But I have good legs and can see good definition now, but I just came off Primo 3wks ago.
