    I have been using the hack rack lately, I would rather do regular squats but can not due to back injury. I warmed up with a full plate on each side (90#)
    Then 180# x 40 twice Put 270# and did 30.
    180# to failure
    Is this good for strength and size?

    My legs felt like rubber after and back did not hurt

                Damn! that is alot of reps!..Are you seeing any gains from this? The weight sounds good, but the reps would be killer..I start out at 90 then I ill do 110, and then 145..I am trying to equate to male, but it is usless lol! I am pretty wasted doing mine lol But I have good legs and can see good definition now, but I just came off Primo 3wks ago.

                  i love hacks, i load it up big time but keep the reps at 8- 10.
                  all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!
