Looks like Imgoing to have tio get this shit cut out and have the gland removed. I just took a real good look and feel and yeah time for gyno removal. Those who have had it when can you get back to lifting heavy again

Damn that sucks brotha. I had the surgery a few years ago and was out of the gym for a few months if I remember correctly. Took my time working my way back into the gym slowly.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!
