Forum Upgrade
Although the forum has been upgraded, many features from the old software were incompatible with the new software. We will be working to get a few features upgraded to bring them back.

Pre gym 50'g iso whey 70 g vitargo psyched beta-alanine5 g and creatine 10 g
Intra just a powerade and 1 g ala
Post 80-100 g protien 5 g beta-alanine 10 g creatine 70-150g vitargo
pre: protein cakes with an even amount of fat and carb breakdown to prevent going hypo during training with 100g protein
intra: prime nutrition intra md. blows vitargo w/whey or casein hydro out of the water. stuff is unreal
post: 100g steak chicken or turkey either 100g of sweet potato or red potato
would you say intra md is better than EFX karbolyn? i know they are a bit different but trying to figure out what would be best during this next offseason

I switch my preworkout up a lot and sometimes just use coffee. Currently using C4. I take my creatine in the morning so I don't forget it. Scientific evidence shows it's saturated in your system and using it pre/post doesn't have much of a benefit.
I take Xtend Bcaa intra with some C4 mixed in.
After is dymatize ISO 100, with some form of carb. I don't see a ton of difference in what carb. Sometimes I just mix with a Gatorade.
I try to get a high protein high carb meal in an hour after training.

right now im just doing whey/casein before, just whey after with some aftershock post workout. Low on the supplements so that's the just of what im doing around my workouts.

it is absolutely the best intra that i have tried. i would put karbolyn a close second but i can tell a difference between the two and it blows vitargo out of the water. it even tastes good and doesnt sit at all which is a huge plus for me. nor does it surpress the appetite at all

Pre- no Xplode
Intra- vitargo with whey
Post- creatine and glutamine immediately, typically 16 oz meat with coconut oil but there may also be more carbs in there depending on what time of the day I hit the gym.
interesting video...basically if you have a protein rich meal prior to training then a post workout meal isn't nearly as important as we used to think, for someone like myself who uses aminos intra workout i'm guessing the meal is even less important
also mentions if taking a large dose of protein post workout, about 45 grams...then your maximizing the anabolic effect and carbs are no longer needed
