  • MK-677

Well, I'm going to pull the trigger and try the MK-677. I've been taking 2-3iu of HGH per day for a long time now. I keep hearing and reading all this greatness about Ibutamoren, so I figured I'd go ahead and give it a try.

Curious to hear everyone's thoughts who have had experience with it. Dosage recommendations, preferably taking it morning or night, etc... Are capsules preferred over the liquid, or vice versa? I know it's going to increase my appetite, so I'm trying to mentally prepare for that since I don't necessarily need to be hungrier. Anything else I need to look out for?

I've been researching it, but wanting to see what everyone's opinion is who have taken it.

Thanks for any and all input.

I take 30 mg at night. It makes me tired but some times I wake and as tired as I am I cannot go back to sleep so I have melatonin by the bed and some water. I get real tired on it during the day. I tried going up to 60 mg ed and found no benefit. 30 mg is my butter zone. 15 mg first thing in the morning made me lethargic and sleepy during the day just as much as 30 mg. Hunger is a problem for me but drinking a bunch of water helps.

I take caps from our board sponsor Supreme. 15mg per. 2 caps on an empty stomach right before bed. I think the more empty the stomach the bigger the GH pulse. Never taken the liquid form, most liquids give me heartburn so I stick to caps.

i dose the same as jipped does and i can only tolerate it for about 3-4 weeks before the lethargy gets to be to much for me. i also didnt get any of the apppetite issues that some do with it. def get a bit of cts and water retention in the begining but damn if the lethargy isnt the worse for me. i tried to use it in the am and same thing about 3 wks in and bam fall asleep anytime i stop moving. so i do not suggest am dosing with this stuff. something pretty cool with mk that i found out just at random is that it doesnt surpress your t3/t4 pathways like gh use does even after 6 weeks on. i wasnt actually checking that theory out but had labs at almost the 6 week mark and mine stayed in the normal range. around the 6 week mark on gh at 3iu a day and both are crushed in myself. well not rock bottom but low and def not optimum. so it works much differently than gh. i like to stack it up with gh and ipam

Awesome, thanks guys. I'm looking forward to it. I'm hoping the appetite issues don't hit me too hard. I'm pretty good about sticking to whatever meal plan I'm on, but I've heard the hunger can be pretty intense. I'll definitely be taking it at night to help with the lethargy. Hopefully all goes well. I'll keep you all updated.

So, Mk677 is legit bud...the only sarm I've been able to say unequivocally is as good as every one says or better. Now everyones journey is different but here's the deal...and why I didn't come off of it for almost 18 months. The beginning sucks a giant elephant turd when it comes to lethargy. I've never had gh hit me that hard but its brutal...its almost like each movement, and I'm not talking gym...I'm talking like lifting your hand to touch your head...like you can feel the bones moaning, muscles ticking like some robotic gears and the tendons under tension like power lines!

How to beat the lethargy...take at night...work up slowly instead of just taking a full 30mg. The lab rat research I had on it said anything more than 30 mg is a waste...its a threshold of pushing your own pituitary gland. I also found taking a low dose gh or some other peptide like semorelin really helped. I also saw no difference between 20mg and 30mg.

I'd get liquid and put liquid into a gel cap which gave me slightly more than 3/4 dose at 30mg.

One of those ones once you get it going it doesn't need to be cycled in us old farts!

Awesome, thanks for all the feedback! I'm excited about it. Definitely not looking forward to the lethargy, but I'll tough it out. Hopefully taking it a night mitigates that for me a little bit.

                Re: MK-677

Well I've been running the Mk-677 for a few weeks now and I love it. Taking 20mg every evening before going to bed. I really noticed the lethargy at first, but I think I'm getting used it it a bit. Taking it at night probably helps. I haven't notice a raging appetite, but I have noticed that when I'm eating I don't want to stop. I don't really feel extra hungry between meals, but once I start eating, it's like I don't get all the way full. I just gauge my typical portion size and stop eating even if I feel like I could keep going. My body looks a lot fuller. Loving it so far.

I've been really watching my blood sugar since I know it can elevate it. I've checked it first thing in the morning, couple hours after a few meals and at night.

First thing in the morning fasted has been anywhere between 85 and 101. (From what I read 101 is a bit high for morning fasted) Two hours after a meal is anywhere between 110 and 130. Hit 140 a couple times and got it at 147 one morning after pancakes. Evening time is usually lower around 90 before a meal and 110 to 120 couple hours after.

I bought one of those accu-check glucose monitors and been poking my fingers all throughout the day.

yeah man if you are hitting in the 100s fasted in the am, you are getting nasty insulin resistant. dont push that for to long or you will get jacked up and start storing fat like a champ not to mention rolling into pre diabetes real quick. 80s and 90s is acceptable when running gh or something similar. you can add in berferrine at 500 at 2-4x a day to off set the issue if you dont want to add actual insulin in

I think 100 is not too bad. If it is above 120 worry. I read optimum fasted is between 80-90.

I like mk677 and probably do not need to cycle it but I do.

Thanks for the input! I've been watching it like a hawk. My sleep sucks throughout the week and I'm noticing that it's higher the mornings when I only get 4-6 hours of sleep. When I get 7-8, it's typically in the 90s. Not really sure what's up there, but I've been making a huge effort ot get at least 7. Seems to be better. Gonna keep an eye on it. If it stays out of whack, I'll definitely add guns' suggestion.

Try taking 2 grams of gaba with a melatonin right before bed. Has done wonders for me in helping me sleep.
