New to your guys home. My names really not Norman Plates lol. Im Glennon. I've been in the gym/pool/club on and off my whole life. my father was a pro boxer. Not wealthy at all. He punched a clock 5 days s week carrying hod. I took the gym serious in about 7th grade when i started wrestling. Took gear like a stupid fuck 8th to 9th grade summer. Came off after i got the boot from college. Went back on when i was in the Corps. Forced to come off again for a lengthy time while being detained. About 5yrs after i got canned from the Corps. I started TRT. Done a few mild to moderate cycles since. I'm 31yrs old 6ft 1 175lbs diced up. Ive been doing a fuck ton of road work the past 6 months. I run everyday before work. After work and the gym. I hit the pavement again. I used to walk around at 200-212-217lbs 10-14% bf sometimes less. Just decided i want to crush my pops marathon times. I haven't. Ive failed twice. Im not a expert or know it all Whatsoever on anything. Not into thrashing or judging anybody. Who the fuck am i. Im here too learn and add ton myself through this community. Im appreciative of you guys registering me.
