helios is about the only thing i have seen to work with spot reduction. i like to start with a 1/4ml and rotate each side from day to day. after a week you can bump it up to 1/2 and even work up to a full ml. i wouldnt go longer than 3-4wks without taking a break to let the receptors clear. no eca or any other beta 2 ags during that period either or it defeats the purpose of breakingTGBSupplements REP

I keep it old school and simple. Diet, Clen, T3, cardio = in shape.
Helios never worked for everyone I personally know that has used it. Guns seems to have luck with it. Everyone responds different. So it doesn't hurt to try and see what all it does for you.built by OmegaComment

Helios I tried about 6 months ago for 2 months. Dosage started @ .4 cc each side then worked up to .75 cc each side. Only thing it did was make me feel nauseous and shaky. No weight loss or spot reduction. If it worked I might have endured side effects but it didn't. No luck with clen either. T3 did however work pretty good for burning fat but make sure you take test with it because it will burn fat and muscle. The best fat burner I've ever used is HGH. If you can afford it, HGH hands down is the best!Comment
